The following table shows, for the periods indicated, the high and low sales prices for the company's ordinary shares, as derived from the Daily Official
List of the London Stock Exchange. All prices have been restated for the sub-division and one-for-ten consolidation of ordinary shares, which took effect
in June 2012. Prices for 2008 were also restated for the effect of the rights issue in June 2008 and the capitalisation issue in September 2008.

Following the ordinary share sub-division and consolidation which took effect from 6 June 2012, the ratio of one ADS representing 20 ordinary shares
changed to one ADS representing two ordinary shares.
